3N2 Customer Service Policies and Information

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed the same day that we receive them and generally shipped within one business day. All order submitted after business hours on Friday are processed on Monday. Orders received before noon ET are normally shipped that same day but this is NOT guaranteed. Once order is shipped, 3N2 sends package tracking information to customer via email address submitted with purchase.

Expected Delivery Times

Preferred method of shipment for 3N2 orders is via UPS Ground. Please refer to the map below to determine the number of business days it will take for you to receive your order. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends unless specifically requested so do not count Saturday or Sunday as a day in the zone chart below. Furthermore, the below transit guide does not account for expedited shipping options customer may have selected. The below transit times are based on UPS Ground service.

Return Policy

3N2 will accept unused product for 30 days. Product must be returned in original box with original or copy of proof of purchase. Contact 3N2 for Return Authorization (RA#). RA# must be clearly marked on outside of box. Merchandise returned without RA# will be refused. 3N2 assumes no liability for loss or damage of returned packages. 3N2 recommends insuring return package with tracking via your preferred courier service. 3N2 reserves the right to refuse any return that has evidence of use or alterations (such as screen printing or embroidery) by customer. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Returns are subject to 10% restocking fee.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the purchase. If you paid by money order, we will mail you a refund. Please allow 10 business days after our receipt for processing your credit or mailing your refund.

Exchange Policy

3N2 will gladly exchange unused products for 30 days. Contact 3N2 for Return Authorization (RA#) and provide reason for exchange. Customer Service Agent will coordinate with you what item shall be sent in exchange of returned item. Once item is received by 3N2, the new item will be shipped to customer. RA# must be clearly marked on outside of box. Merchandise returned without RA# will be refused. 3N2 assumes no liability for loss or damage of returned packages. 3N2 recommends insuring return package with tracking via your preferred courier service. 3N2 reserves the right to refuse any return that has evidence of use or alterations (such as screen printing or embroidery) by customer. Warranties

60-day manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defect. If defect, please contact 3N2 for return instructions. Warranty requires defective product must be returned to 3N2 for inspection. If product is found to be defective by fault of manufacturer, 3N2 will provide warranty replacement product and shipped freight pre-paid. Warranty replacement product will be same product number, style, color, and size of the defective product. Substitutions will not be accepted. Manufacturer’s warranty begins from date of shipment. Warranty does not apply to toe drag wear from normal pitching motion or damage caused by unreasonable use, abuse, or alterations.
